The following policy describes the refund practices on the website. This refund policy is an addendum to our Terms and Conditions. Please read and make sure you understand both documents before you start playing.

 

1. No refund can be completed once the presumed deposit (including the bonus) has been played using the Casino services.

 

2. A refund request will only be considered if it is made within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the alleged transaction, or within thirty (30) days if a player alleges that another person (or a minor) has agreed to your player account.

 

3. We reserve the right to withhold any refund or transaction until the identity of the account user is properly established to our satisfaction, in order to ensure that any payment made to the Casino is honored after a refund has been made. You agree to provide, should we require, a notarized ID or any other certified ID in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. In addition, we will ask you for information about your current address and the payment methods used to deposit funds. In some cases, we may request an expanded list of documents. Review of the refund request will be suspended until all requested documents have been provided and we can verify your identity and ownership of the payment methods. If such notarized or certified identification and other requested information are not provided within five (5) days of our request, then such refund or transaction will not take place, your player account will be closed and you will forfeit all funds in your account. , said decision will be final, binding and unappealable.

 

4. If you have funded your account using a credit card, we reserve the right to pay all withdrawal requests up to the full amount deposited as a refund for purchases you have made. If your withdrawals exceed the total amount deposited, any excess amount will be paid to you via one of our available alternative payment methods.

 

5. If any credit card purchases are deemed by our credit card processors or our Casino managers to carry an unacceptable risk for legal or security reasons, the Casino will initiate refunds of all such transactions to the credit card and notify to all relevant authorities and parties.

 

6. Please note that the refund amount cannot be less than €50. If your balance is less than the minimum amount, we will not consider your request. Fees related to processing refund payments may be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

 

7. If you want to block your account, please contact our support team.

 

8. If you decide to lock your account while you have real funds left in your balance, we recommend that you first create a withdrawal request.

 

9. It is not possible to withdraw funds from a blocked account. If there is a request for a refund from a blocked account, the potential amount of the refund cannot exceed the sum of the deposits of the last game session.

 

10. After 30 (thirty) days from the time the account was locked, if there was no refund request, all remaining funds in the locked account balance will be removed.

 

11. If you are not satisfied with your experience using our services and decide to request a refund of any funds remaining in your account balance, please note that we will deduct all winnings and bonuses before calculating the amount to be refunded.
